“Strategically located property with highly functional meeting space. The hotel is well-positioned for business travel, with convenient access and a layout that supports efficient meetings and small group sessions. Overall, a solid option for professionals prioritizing location and workspace over frills.”
“I'm normally a bit of a hotel snob. I don't need to stay at the Ritz Carlton, but I also find Motel 6, Super 8, etc., gross. Typically in Petaluma, I'd stay at the Sheraton.
So, being a discount motel, I was apprehensive about staying at the Best Western, but was pleasantly surprised! Very clean rooms, furniture was in good shape, clean bathroom, coffee maker in room, comfortable and clean bed! Could definitely hear people walking above, but it was tolerable. Descent WiFi.
Nicely landscaped, with some gorgeous rose plants, plus an animal relief / smoking area.
Good location to food and restaurants.
The only negative, and it's subjective, I guess. But you don't check in with a real human. You check in through a computer with what's either a remote employee or AI. You have to scan your drivers' license to them. I don't like that.....please use a real person!”
“We had booked the room via Expedia and had to cut short our trip but otherwise the stay was good. It's a quiet area where this hotel is located. It's an okay old time hotel room. The only change I saw was that there were Tesla car charging stations built newly in the campus.”

“Rooms were clean. Didn’t really interact with the front desk besides checking in. The location isn’t great. There is a homeless community which doesn’t make the area walkable.”
“Great People. “D” is the upmost professional and provides 5 star service 24/7. All of the Hotels in the Sonoma County could learn a thing or two from “D” and Crew!Kudos ~”

“It’s a fairly nice hotel in a beautiful area with views of a very pretty Marina. The hotel is nice, but the rooms are dated. All of my interactions with the staff were very positive. Not a whole lot of options in the area so would recommend. Hopefully they will update their rooms to more modern standard soon.”
“We stayed for two nights with a family of 4 in the cottage. The staff was so friendly and let us use the freezer for Ice packs for our camping trip we were leaving on after. The hotel beds were comfy with fluffy down comforters. The whole place was clean and charming in ways no chain could ever match. Also there were chickens in the yard of our room along with a fire pit it was a whole French country evening vibe . The crepes were delicious. We would stay again any time.”
