“I had stay here before for work and couldn't wait to come back with my sister for this visit. This hotel is very impressive! The lobby and huge bar are beautiful as well as the pool area. The rooms are so wonderful! Comfortable, spacious and very clean. The extra large Bluetooth mirror in the bathroom will leave you wanting one at home. Very reasonably priced and conveniently located. I love this hotel! A big thank you to Robert who was very helpful and cooked us breakfast in the morning which was very delicious and cooked exactly as we ordered it. I'm looking forward to my next stay at this beautiful hotel.”

“I especially want to acknowledge Cece and Ana for going above and beyond to make sure my daughter and I had the best stay for her 16th birthday. The room and hotel premises were immaculately clean and welcoming. The service was exemplary. I will only stay at this hotel when I am in the San Francisco ”

“Not semi truck friendlyFood & drinks: Breakfast is great every morning. I'm glad they have a little general store in lobby, most restaurants were closed in area so I was able to still eat a little something at the late time I checked in, thank you!”

“The last time I visited Graton it had just opened up. It was just a casino. I must say that I enjoyed every second of it. I live an hour away and still choose to spend a night there. It has come such a long way. I go there because my husband enjoys casino and I love to go to restaurants. The Slots machines is not why I go there, trust me. The food that I had was amazing. There are also plenty of options outside. I love the rooms and I like that I do not have to go to Tahoe nor Vegas for this entertainment. The rooms are huge, with high ceilings, shower and separate bath. They have a spa. I did not try it but I will be adding it to my next trip there. They offer a lot of services that I enjoy.Yes I highly recommend it. The 4/5 does relate the slots and I must say the atmosphere is wonderful and I could have rated the slots alone the rating would have been 1/5.”

“This is a one-stop shop for an easy-going vacation. Park here, and you only have to drive to your other visiting destinations. Food, convenience, and general shopping are all just a walk away. I've been coming here for years. The breakfast is top-notch! Please remember to tip Riena. This is not a resort but close to one.”

“I'm in a wheelchair. We asked for a handicap room. Specifically told them I needed the rails at the toilet and the room needed to be large enough to accommodate me. There's so much bad to say about this experience. I will allow the photos to speak for me. A word of warning. There is NO breakfast free or otherwise. The 'Wine Country' part of the name is gone and is replaced with budget. The only handicap parking place is not close at all to the ramp. Sorry we didn't get a photo of that. Also where the ramp is located is partially obscured by a car. The workers we believe are using these parking places. When checking the bed sheets etc we found a black hair and several pieces of black lint. The sheets were very wrinkled. We even smelled them because we were suspicious they had not been changed. There were no chairs in the room. So we asked for 2 chairs. It took 4 visits to the front desk to get them delivered. No counter space at all. Some handicap people might be able to use the shower the way it is set up but there's no way I could. I couldn't sit on the shower seat and turn the water on. Once it was on the water wouldn't reach. The toilet is partly into the shower. The safety rails make no sense at all. To flush it's button in the middle of the top. In a handicap room!? Come on. The sink is too high to sit in the chair and use the sink. The sink has no rim to hold on to so I couldn't even use the sink at all. The bed is so high I had to be lifted onto the bed. The wall cooler quit working during the night. Could only get the fan to turn on. It was a horrible nights sleep. Please stay somewhere else.”

“I stayed at the DoubleTree by Hilton Sonoma Wine Country from Saturday the 24th to Sunday the 25th of February. Everything was simply excellent. I must applaud and praise Steven who was at the Front Desk when I arrived and when I checked out as well. He was personable, professional, funny, respectful, super helpful, genuine and always ready to help with a big old smile on his face all the time. My colleagues and I truly appreciated Steven in every way and it is people like him that made our stay so special at this particular DoubleTree. Give Steven a big raise, and thank you kindly Steven for making our Stay so delightful.”

“When I stayed here on Sept. 14th, the first room was still occupied by someone. The desk clerk had to switch my room. If they had no idea someone was still there, not only is that a security issue, it suggests housekeeping may not be cleaning rooms. The type of snafu that can only happen when every department drops the ball.”
