“I switched to Dr. Smith and Petaluma Veterinary Hospital, as I had heard about this hospital through a friend. For one thing,it is in closer proximity to where I live and their hours are more regular. The most important thing,however, is that my dog has developed anxiety. Everyone took their time with her and did not push the 1st time exam. It ended up being a meet and greet appointment. I value the respect that was given to my girl. We are coming back in a week for a 2nd visit.Terry.”

I call and the phone is answered, I am not put on hold. I ask for an appointment and one is available within days, not weeks. I get follow up messages checking in on pets following a visit. I am almost speechless! Such a change from my prior experience!! And I am most impressed with the thoroughness of the veterinarian’s care. My elder dog has a long and complex history and Dr Castro took the time to read it all before moving forward with suggestions for care. Impressive!”
“I absolutely recommend them! Amazing Animal Hospital and staff! Our German Shepherd is a rescue and we move around a lot so finding a new vet can be difficult! Our vet we had in Alaska and Texas were amazing! We never had any problems taking her in for a yearly exam/vaccinations. Once we moved here we went to this other animal hospital that was supposed to be good/low stress handling but it went terribly. So I put up recommendations for a good animal hospital on Facebook. Shortly after a friend recommended Adobe Animal hospital to me. I am so thankful they did! I called to set up an appointment for our dog mid December so it was about a 6 week wait because they were scheduling all new patients 6-8 weeks in advance which was absolutely fine with us/worth the wait! We took our dog in last week just to update her vaccinations/do an exam. I saw they have outdoor patio exam areas so I asked for that option. Within 5-10 minutes the nurse and Dr. Katerina Kidwell came back with her and talked to us about how the exam/vaccinations went. Everything went amazing and she did great! They just let us know she was a bit scared but otherwise did great! They gave us some treats to give her afterwards as well! I really appreciate how nice they were to our dog/us! I can’t thank them enough for treating her so well!”

“New to the area, i had tried one vet clinic but wasn't thrilled with the cold detached after consult from the vet/owner so looked further for another vet to see my cat. I read many reviews but Washington Square caught my eye and I made an appt with Dr. Boutilier who happened to have the first appt open. To say I was impressed and immediately connected by her warmth and manner of relaying information is putting things mildly! She was very honest with me and didn't go ordering a bunch of tests..she referred the allergy symptoms to a dermatology vet to narrow down what was causing the iching/licking problems. She easily could have had me come back for all kinds of tests but knew the dermatology vet could probably get there quicker. She sees dog allergies on a daily basis but cat allergies are not that common. (this is not to say she wouldn't have eventually helped the allergy in my cat; she just wanted the fastest result by referring). She is still my cat's vet for all other issues and i feel so lucky i found this clinic. While my bond is definitely with Dr. B, I would see any of the other vets in the office if necessary.”

Nikki is a 12 year old Pit , had two growths on her back legs , they removed these growths , my dog is great now , she had no issues , they were very nice to me and Nikki , she is recovering nicely . I had a 1st opinion from another Vet , I took her to AZER, cause they were more competitive , in price , the DR is very good ! I will always take her back if needed , Highly recommended !”

“Thank you to Dr. Pfann I recommend any rabbit lover to this vet he took us in on a busy day first thing in the morning. My rabbit stopped eating in the night and we spent all night at the emergency vet who wasn't bad but just didn't know anything about rabbits. Well, we went to Brandner Veterinary Hospital and I loved how much he loves rabbits not only did they make sure of what was going on but be got on the floor with him and did an everything to make sure he was cared for. He told us what we could do but he doesn't feel it's necessary, and gave My bunny great care and to make sure we follow up on how he's doing. We still have a recovery but I couldn't be so much happier to see 3 poops in the box we need 30 but 3 is still good. If anyone has a rabbit this is the place to take them it's worth every penny.”
