“I stumbled upon this adorable clothing shop in downtown Petaluma, and it's an absolute gem! The staff here is incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to help me find the perfect sizes and different styles I needed. The attention to customer satisfaction is truly commendable. Can't wait to visit again!”
“This visit was absolutely wonderful. I was helped by Darcie and CJ. They were absolutely polite, encouraging, and efficient. My son was in need of new race shoes for BMX, he saw checkered ones and fell in love. He was hoping for a red/white checker with Velcro (hint hint, Vans?) which unfortunately they did not have. They checked online for us and even called a nearby store. It's simply not made right now.. (Re-reference that hint, Vans..!) My son settled on blue/white checkered. When checking out they made sure to inform us we could get another at 50% off with the promotion going on. Scored my son a green/checkered colored as well! Racing is NOT cheap. Crashes and regular wear and tear really put work on any shoes, thankfully Vans hold up wonderfully; and having a second pair ready to go is much needed. So appreciative I was made aware of this promotion going on! (They first told me to treat myself to a discounted shoe .. because let's be real, Mom's often put themselves last and we deserve nice things too! But the excitement my son had over finding checkered shoes, I couldn't pass up seeing him even more excited to have two options!) These wonderful humans made our shopping experience such a great one. Oh, and let's not forget to mention we were in there 20 minutes to closing, by the time I was checking out it was 10 mins to closing and they STILL made sure we knew about that promotion,; and didn't appear bothered at all when I asked them to check the back for more of those checkered shoes! I never really do reviews... But these two deserved a major shout-out!”
“Friendly register staff but not many associates throughout the store if u need help or have questions. There were ZERO associates anywhere near the shoe dept and shoes were scattered in different places, making it hard 2 find styles/sizes. Store is a lot smaller than other Kohls.”

“I have a newfound love for thrifting & finding second hand items so I decided to give Buck Lucky a try because it looked so lively and unique. I was shocked to see a wide variety of clothing items, seasonal or not, trinkets, and products made by local crafters (artists, jewelry makers etc). There is also a huge selection of stickers, pins, and even croc charms are available! They even have free logo stickers at the counter. The gal at the register was friendly and welcoming which made for a nice experience! I will definitely be back.”

“I had a great experience at this location today. I was checking out and Gabriel helped me with the credit card application. I usually say no to those things because they can be confusing, but he was actually really helpful and took the time to explain how the rewards work and how to manage the sign-up process.
He was super patient and made sure I understood everything before moving to the next step, which I really appreciated. It’s rare to find a cashier who is that knowledgeable and friendly while keeping the line moving. Great customer service!”

“Great service! I was greeted right away when I walked in. The store is clean and organized and the prices are great too. The employees seem to genuinely like their job, they were happy and offered me help. I love their legging jeans and g-fit selection. I picked up a few clearance items because there were good quality shirts that were under $5. I spent more than I planned but the prices were too good. I also got a style cash coupon to come back. Then when I opened up a gap card, I got 20% off my entire purchase. I must have saved like $200. I will be back!!”

“It seems I can always find what I am looking for with Eddy Bauer. Their outlet store at Vintage Oaks Shopping Center is my goto place for clothing. Maybe because I like Eddie Bauer as a brand but also the quality is excellent and the selection at this store is always good. I am an average size guy and outlet/discount stores seem to lack the sizes of the average person. I think you know. Racks with small and extra large are always available, but try to find your size if you are in the normal range. Try Eddie Bauer. I am not an employee, just a good customer.”

She not only guided us in the direction of sales, she's an incredible personal stylist. She builds your confidence while trying on new shapes and sizes.
