I recently brought my Prius to Browning for body damage repairs, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From start to finish, the customer service and transparency were far beyond any expectations I had.
Henry, the estimator, went above and beyond to handle everything with my insurance company. He kept me updated every step of the way and even chased down my adjuster to ensure my deductible was covered when it wasn't initially processed. It was such a relief not to have to worry about all the back-and-forth with the insurance.
As if that wasn't enough, when I picked up my car, not only was the bodywork flawless, but Browning also surprised me by washing my car and filling up my gas tank! It's the little details like that which show how much they truly care about their customers.
Browning made what could have been a stressful process into an easy and seamless experience. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of body work. You won’t be disappointed!”

“Adrian was friendly and professional. He did a great job welding my stock OEM muffler on my Mini Cooper. I cut off the muffler because the Mini exhaust is one piece from the downpipe back. I did this to make it easier to store. I was running an aftermarket exhaust system and decided to put the stock exhaust back on. I highly recommend this muffler shop.”

“First time I went today I wasn't going to go because of some bad reviews but still went I had a Great experience l. Took my truck to get my new wheels and tires installed took a while because they didn't fit so I believe it was the owner who went to buy some wheel spacers that fixed the problem pretty nice of him to do that. After everything was done they noticed something wrong I need new lower control arms because they have a little bit of play.”

“I guessed I was lucky because one of the staff greeted me when I just pull into the area. He told me there would be a 2 hours wait since it's a busy Sunday morning. I was okay with that so after 5 minutes, another guy came to help me check in. After obtaining some basic information, the staff asked me to give him the key and I was good to go. Sounds fast, right? But he didn't even ask me what kind of battery I would like to change (there were 2 kinds, a 2-year warranty & a 3-year warranty). He didn't even suggest any other options (like anti-corrosion treatment). Luckily, I knew what I needed so there's no problem. It actually only took an hour to complete the service so I was first very pleased with that. However, by the time of payment. They put in a $12 core charge. This should be waived if you let them took the old battery. Even though they took the charge off eventually, but it seems like they weren't aware of what they were doing. I was a little disappointed at the customer service but Walmart's price is decent, what more do you expect?Service: Auto battery replacement”
