Had absolutely everything we needed. Dress, shoes, crown, socks, and more! I absolutely loved that they had matching dresses for my girls! It's been hard to find matching clothes with their age gaps.
The owner is a sweetheart! She did not try to oversale us anything. In fact, she made sure my daughters wore something they would be comfortable in (vs another more expensive dress that I was leaning towards). My daughter left her dress on all night and now wears it all the time because shes that comfortable in it.
My daughter may only be 3, but the owner made her feel special and treated her as an independent consultant (my daughter is very independent and was happy to see ber options multiple times before making her choices).

“This was one of my favorite stores while visiting Knott's Berry Farm! I am a big Snoopy lover and It was so fun to see all the Snoopy merch inside of this store. This is a great store if you are looking for some merch for younger children, since it is in the Camp Snoopy section of the park. The store was just so fun. They have a big statue of Snoopy and even a neat little train that rides along the store. I forgot to mention that even the CLOCK right outside of the store is also very cool and unique!”
“Really cute store! Got a very cute summer dress for my friend’s 7 month old. They also some great wood toys and unique kids books. My daughter loves books before bed and we get tired of reading the same ones. They had some fun options to add to our collection.”

And Kat is an absolute legend!!! A total Sonny Angel genius! She helped me pull my ultimate dream Sonny Angel (the rabbit! 😭) and was an absolute sweetie to record me unboxing my blind boxes so I could show my mom. When I got my dream pull, she literally screamed in excitement right along with me!

“Wonderful experience at JCPenny Whitwood! Olympia went out of her way to help me find a pair of jeans. I looked myself and Olympia went in the back to double check, but no luck. After that I decided to keep shopping around and about 10 minutes later Olympia came and found me in a different section of the store with the exact style, size and length jeans I wanted in hand! I could not believe it! Amazing customer service on her part!! 10/10 would recommend”

i went in to buy my niece some socks really quick cause we forgot her ballet slippers (whoops) so in the rush i unknowingly grabbed a size that were waaay too small, i payed & was on my way. well while we were at my car about to open the socks the owner comes out & notofies me & gives me the correct size we needed!

They are attentive and happy to answer any questions you might have and they are happy to suggest what they have on sale and any other special sales they have. The selection is beautiful for new born babies i just would like to see more variety of toddler boys but they might not have that much room for more selection since they are always well stocked. Anyway i love this store and i always recommend my friends and family to this store.”

“The service was great and the prices were great and there's a lot of stuff so that keeps it a plus because there's a lot of places that don't have enough staff know on this place has a lot of staff and all the stuff is friendly so that makes it even now greater plus and when they need to open more registers they do they actually do so this is actually the best Old Navy in town or in the state possibly”
