“This was the most helpful experience I’ve ever had at MetroPCS. The representative who assisted me (his name started with an “H”) was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and truly a problem solver. He took the time to make sure everything was resolved and explained things clearly. Excellent customer service!”

“I am spoiled by the exceptional service my drive-up crew provides. I shop online exclusively and use the drive-up five times a week. No matter how busy it gets, they still take the time to smile and say “Hello,” unlike other big-box retailers that will just chuck your items in the trunk and grunt out a hello or thank you. Not Pico Rivera Target’s drive-up crew! Thank you from a loyal everyday shopper. Walter C”

“They don't have drink fountains or slurpy machines. They don't serve hot food. They do have an eating area. I liked their selection of could beverages. Try a flavored water. They're really good!”

“today I was not feeling well and the lady that works in the morning ask 'are you doing okay?' “OH my god 7-eleven is the best place and has the best reward deal offers. Every time I come to this location, the cashier is just the nicest person. 7-Eleven has everything food, snacks, all types of drinks, medical supplies, good for getting car related things, and LOTTERY TICKETS. The have a lot of lottery tickets good for getting cash and more tickets. There own food is ok, the pizza is ok, but the hotdogs are great, and don't forget about the slurpies. The slurpies are amazing and they change flavors depending on movies that come out or seasons. The have a wide variety of everything, drinks, snacks, and other things.”

“Nice women that work there, but if you are managing a store, you should check your products every shift. I purchase a cold coffee from their dispenser and the French Vanilla was sour and old. I've had diarrhea for 2 days straight after that. And when I said to her, it tasted sour, her facial expression was not a good one and neither was her response. It was in her language, and I don't speak it, but I know when someone is talking shit about me. So I asked them if I can change it. Reluctantly it was granted, I dumped and poured the moca one and that one was good. I don't know if they changed it 🤷. I think I'll just mix the hot coffee first, then pour it over ice, next time.”

“The parking is the biggest downfall but that doesn't take away from my rating of target. I usually do pick up , my daughter knows we go to Menchies first and then drive up to a spot to get our order. But today, Ernesto went above and beyond to accommodate my order. He verified medicine was in my order and he checked the bags and didn't see it. He went back in to verify what happened. His customer service is exceptional! More places need an Ernesto!!!!”

“I had never used the drive up service until today. Ordered a few items I needed in advance via my cell phone, waited three hours, arrived to the store and parked in a numbered parking stall. I notified the store that I was parked in front of the store and with four minutes, a store employee brought my merchandise out to meHow easy was that process was my first thought. I will DEFINITELY be using this service more often as a means of not entering the store and purchasing items I do not need this saving me money.”
