I usually do pick up , my daughter knows we go to Menchies first and then drive up to a spot to get our order. But today, Ernesto went above and beyond to accommodate my order. He verified medicine was in my order and he checked the bags and didn't see it. He went back in to verify what happened. His customer service is exceptional! More places need an Ernesto!!!!”
“Easily the best T-Mobile store I've been too, the vibe is great the team has expert knowledge and they work to get you the best deal possible, they are a little more busier than some of the other stores in the area but it's clear why I don't mind waiting to go somewhere who's going to get my issue resolved the first time.”

“This 7-Eleven is amazing!!!!! The heated food is always fresh and the staff is super friendly and helpful. I have never seen a 7 eleven so clean. I have been in the area for a training class for 8 weeks so I have been coming to this location every day. When I order the pre-heated food it is always fresh. Other 7-eleven's will have the food up there for hours until the food gets old and hard and will still sale it to you. I was running late for work one day and left my materials at home, I needed a pen and I purchased a pen but they didn't sale paper. The clerk give me 4 sheets of paper that she had, now I could go to work prepared although I was late. She saved me!!!!! Thank you so much!!!!!!!”

“OH my god 7-eleven is the best place and has the best reward deal offers. Every time I come to this location, the cashier is just the nicest person. 7-Eleven has everything food,snacks, all types of drinks, medical supplies, good for getting car related things, and LOTTERY TICKETS. The have a lot of lottery tickets good for getting cash and more tickets. There own food is ok, the pizza is ok, but the hotdogs are great, and don't forget about the slurpies. The slurpies are amazing and they change flavors depending on movies that come out or seasons. The have a wide variety of everything, drinks, snacks, and other things.”
“I had never used the drive up service until today. Ordered a few items I needed in advance via my cell phone, waited three hours, arrived to the store and parked in a numbered parking stall. I notified the store that I was parked in front of the store and with four minutes, a store employee brought my merchandise out to meHow easy was that process was my first thought. I will DEFINITELY be using this service more often as a means of not entering the store and purchasing items I do not need this saving me money.”
