This was the most helpful experience I’ve ever had at MetroPCS. The representative who assisted me (his name started with an “H”) was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and truly a problem solver. He took the time to make sure everything was resolved and explained things clearly. Excellent customer service!

Staff knowledgeable and friendly!! I went in to get my auto pay changed to a new card. Had some problems with my new card but everything got taken care of!! I always just go to this location cuz of how nice the staff always is & they are fast!!
