I usually do pick up , my daughter knows we go to Menchies first and then drive up to a spot to get our order. But today, Ernesto went above and beyond to accommodate my order. He verified medicine was in my order and he checked the bags and didn't see it. He went back in to verify what happened. His customer service is exceptional! More places need an Ernesto!!!!”

As i was looking i realize the dresser drawers were too tall. So then she started helping and as i kept looking she gave me an offer on a dresser that was exactly what i was looking for. She gave me a deal on a item and paid $500 solid wood. Spacious drawers. delivered same day. Thanks Buen hogar also they have payment plans if qualified. I sure will be going back.”
