Walgreens has knowledgeable and approachable pharmacists who deliver good customer care. The staff, including clerks, are nice and kind. However, some customers experience long wait times and a lack of professionalism from pharmacists. The photo center staff are helpful and patient, providing exceptional service to customers. Overall, Walgreens has staff who are willing to help and provide good care, but some areas need improvement.

Nice people but VERY long wait is annoying. Love the girl there.. but lack of professionalism and education on the actual pharmacists. To over on a bottle like this. Embarrassing. Opened it and spilled everywhere. Never happened before usually get right sized bottles. Do better please.
