I just wanted to leave a positive comment, I recently had to put down my family dog and had a ton of old photos on an old phone with a micro sd card, your employees went above and beyond for me in order to retrieve ethem. was having issue with my document not printing at the photo order area. a gentleman was called over i believe he was a manager and helped me re print my doc for free and helped me resolve everything. happy they figured it out for me
