Not only did they take care of the issue I had with my car but they went above and beyond in every area of customer service you could imagine! This repair took almost 2 months! But not by their fault. When they were able to get started after the warranty company delivered on their promises their work only took a few days! So I have a lot of experience with this company! “My car failed while driving, the shop i normally go to has closed permanently. The tow person referred me to Charlie's. While the damage to my car was severe (electrical short that destroyed 3 parts, one of which i replaced recently), he was able to diagnose it quickly and repair it as fast as the parts came in. He didn't charge me for one part and worked with me on picking up my car once it was finished. Since my usual shop is closed and I was treated so well, I will come back and referr this shop to everyone I know. Thank you for helping me get back on the road.”
