“I called on a Saturday around 11am for my car's starter issue and was told I could come in right away. They had to order parts before noon so when I arrived at 11:30am, a mechanic took a quick look and confirmed the issue before a new starter was ordered. The person who answered the initial call was the one who helped me when I arrived and was very patient and friendly. She offered 2 choices for the starter and said they could get it taken care of the day of. The part would be delivered at 1:30pm and they would work on it right away. They quoted me $310 for the starter and $130 for one hour of labor for a grand total of $470 including tax. I had a comfortable wait in their office which has 4 chairs plus they have a strong Xfinity wifi signal. They said that if they weren't so busy, they could have offered me a ride home.The car was ready at 2:35pm. Overall, excellent service and open on Saturdays! This may be my new go-to car spot now.”

“Woke up ready to drive to lake Tahoe and to my surprise there was a FAT nail in my back tire. Last minute without an appointment we rushed to Big O Tires only to realize i lost my wheel lock for my Honda CRV. I thought I was going to have to cancel my trip but they quickly found one that unlocked my wheel and we're able to replace it. They are fast, honest, helpful, and kind. They have a little kids table in their waiting area too which is great.”
