“I give THIS BRANCH ONLY 5 stars out of 5 because although I closed my account with Wells Fargo (due to circumstances beyond their control and my own), because I had technical issues with my account that could not be resolved, I had no problems whatsoever with the customer service or the branch in itself. The atmosphere was always like being among family and friends . It was with a very heavy heart that I had to leave Wells Fargo. However, the staff at this branch was very supportive and understanding about my decision to close my account services as well as being left with the impression that I would be missed. I personally recommend giving the branch on Fitzgerald in Pinole, California a chance to provide excellent service at protecting the your assets and recommendations for improving your financial health. “Wells Fargo Bank has an ATM inside that can withdrawal $1s, $5s, and $20s. You don't need to go to the teller to ask for $1s, $5s, and $20s. The line on Saturday is out the door where the ATM are at. Hope people know you can just go inside straight to the ATM that withdrawal $1s, $5s, and $20s. With Panera Bread being next door it is a must to get cash at Wells Fargo. I eat at Panera Bread way too much and withdrawing cash at Wells Fargo. There is no complaints about Wells Fargo. People need to know to just go straight to the ATM instead of waiting in line.”

“I go out of my way just to come to the branch in Pinole,CA. When you call the number listed online you get to speak to someone instead of a machine which is unheard of. Only downside is no matter how much money you have in your account whether it is $3,000-$3,000,000, for the first year you can only use $3000 on your card of it per day. So a home remodel you will have to be a check if over 3k.”
