“As banks go, I've been pretty happy with Mechanics Bank. One of the few that allow Recipient Payee accounts. Also have an IRA CD that I can deposit to. It seems each branch is very slow paced. Be prepared to spend some time there.”

“After my closest local branch closed for in-person services due to COVID, I found B of A in Pinole. I've had to make several in-person trips and each time I was greeted by smiling and helpful staff. A HUGE shout out to * Jade Herbert * for all her extra care, help, and especially for having such a cheery demeanor despite all the craziness. Thank you!!”

“Staff is friendly and patient, my favourite is the drive through atm because you know sometimes I don't want to get out the car and go inside , so overall this bank it pretty solid It can be a little bit messy in the front entrance bc of all the receipts on the floor but still a good bank”

“Wells Fargo Bank has an ATM inside that can withdrawal $1s, $5s, and $20s. You don't need to go to the teller to ask for $1s, $5s, and $20s. The line on Saturday is out the door where the ATM are at. Hope people know you can just go inside straight to the ATM that withdrawal $1s, $5s, and $20s. With Panera Bread being next door it is a must to get cash at Wells Fargo. I eat at Panera Bread way too much and withdrawing cash at Wells Fargo. There is no complaints about Wells Fargo. People need to know to just go straight to the ATM instead of waiting in line.”

“I go out of my way just to come to the branch in Pinole,CA. When you call the number listed online you get to speak to someone instead of a machine which is unheard of. Only downside is no matter how much money you have in your account whether it is $3,000-$3,000,000, for the first year you can only use $3000 on your card of it per day. So a home remodel you will have to be a check if over 3k.”
