“Absolutely the Best Customer Service Ever! The Owner is incredible. There was an issue with my FedEx delivery and he stayed on it, contacting FedEx daily and figuring out a way to get my notarized papers to where they needed to be before the deadline! He is kind, considerate and always helpful. This is not the first time he has assisted us and always comes through. We will definitely be our "go to" before we go anywhere else - because honestly, he can't help that FedEx screwed up, but he did everything he could to remedy the situation and got it done and that is what's important! I periodically ship off equipment I don't need and this store is on my return commute from work.
But I also drive out of my way to ship from here because they have such a great attitude and customer service!
Sometimes it's busy, sometimes a customer is struggling with the basics, it doesn't matter how many people are in line or how hectic (or slow!) it is, these people deliver the highest level of service I've experienced since 10 years before the hub shut down to walk ins.

“Not sure what all the bad ratings are about. I've used this spot dozens of times and it is always quick, efficient and flawless. Easy to just park your bike in the entrance or street parking right out front usually available. They always print out a receipt even for return drop-offs. This is my favorite UPS Store location by far.”

She told the woman “why are you screaming at my customers”. She did not engage but reminded the woman this is a place of business. She’s my Shero!”
