2163 Meeker Avenue, Richmond CA 94804
“Let me expand on my 5 star rating: I periodically ship off equipment I don't need and this store is on my return commute from work. But I also drive out of my way to ship from here because they have such a great attitude and customer service! Sometimes it's busy, sometimes a customer is struggling with the basics, it doesn't matter how many people are in line or how hectic (or slow!) it is, these people deliver the highest level of service I've experienced since 10 years before the hub shut down to walk ins. Thank you, and please never give up!”

I only ordered printing and cutting this time around, but he also offers folding as an add-on service if needed. The turnaround was swift, the pricing was more than fair, and the quality of the prints was outstanding! Will definitely return for more personal print projects!”

“I had such a wonderful experience with this mailbox office. I was dealing with a very stressful situation involving a package that had been delivered to their location by mistake, and they went far beyond what I expected to help me. They were incredibly kind, patient, and understanding. They took the time to contact the company that had picked up the package, followed up with them, and ultimately helped locate my box. I honestly don’t know what I would have done without their help.”
-
1592 Union Street, San Francisco CA 94123
“This is a nice little postal space. Some people don't understand the difficulty of operating a store front like that. These people are self-centered and they only care about themselves and they only know how to complain. It's very demanding, and the owner has been doing their best to help their customers for many years. They are only still in business because they have been doing a great job serving the community around this area. That is a proof by itself.”

“I don’t typically mail or ship anything. In fact, I don’t even think I ever actually mailed a single thing in my life. Because of that, I felt like a toddler staring at the shelves of my local UPS store as today was the day I was dreading my entire life: sending a package. It was Mari who snapped me out of my trance and offered me the help that I needed. She was calming and super knowledgeable and didn’t mind that I needed a walkthrough with sending something through the mail. Mari made sure I picked the most affordable and best choice in packaging and she didn’t make me feel like a little kid as she guided me through what to write and where on the package (name, address). The quality service was impeccable and professional, to say the least. I recommend Mari to anyone in need of incredible service. Let’s give this girl a raise.”

“Kind and super helpful family run business. They saved my buns twice this week, and take the extra time to help. They do USPS, and even though it's not on the official UPS website as a dropoff location, they do that too! Got my letters, large packaging, domestic and international shipments done with them this week. ??”

“Couldn’t speak more highly of the postal chase. After years of lost packages and horrible customer service via my USPS P.O. Box, working with Kim and Michael who are so thorough in their work has been a godsend. As a business owner who receives important packages, having the convenience and efficiency of a private P.O. Box here has been exponentially reassuring. 10/10!”
