They do USPS, and even though it's not on the official UPS website as a dropoff location, they do that too! Got my letters, large packaging, domestic and international shipments done with them this week. ??”
“I dropped off a DHL package here. Transaction was really smooth and the staff were kind and accommodating.
Fair warning though, I was told they could not provide me any sort of confirmation document for the drop off because only DHL was allowed to scan my shipment documents. They were very transparent about it so if this is something you are concerned about, please take note.
I chose to still leave the package with them. Come evening, i got notifications from DHL that my package safely got picked up and is in their possession.

When I arrived with few documents which had to be printed in different formats the young staff members Joshua and Jerusalem immediately stepped in. They were patient, expertly resized everything to correct size , and ensured the format was perfect without any stress on my end. Their professionalism and helpful attitude saved me a ton of hassle. “The employees at this location are fantastic. The manager(I think?) -her name is Bianca, always goes above and beyond to make sure people are satisfied. For years I came to this UPS store and there was so much employee turnover, no one was happy, nothing was getting done, esp. not in a timely manner, it used to be a terrible experience.
Ever since Bianca came to work here it’s been completely different. All the workers that are hired since Bianca came on the scene have been friendly, helpful and efficient, just like her. I frequent this store often and on some difficult days she has been the pivotal person that not only helped me complete my business here but truly turned my day around with kindness. The most recent hires have also impressed me positively as well.
I’m thankful to not wait in long lines with frowning faces as it used to be. Bianca and all the new hires in the past year, (maybe a little more) have really made the daily journeys to the shipping store a breeze, sometimes a joy. I haven’t written a review for anything in ages but this one has been long overdue. ??”
