“Okay, so all the online appointments are taken. Instead, I go early… like around 6:30am-ish. It’s not crowded and the wait isn’t long. Now, several people complain about the Black customer service woman in the front. She and I get along great. All I do is treat her nicely… I tell her, “Good morning…” and she appreciates being appreciated. In return, she does the same with me. Anyway, the lab is convenient. Not too far from my house (a couple miles). Again: go early.”

“This was my first visit to the Hercules location of Quest Diagnostics, and I was very happy with it. The check in was accomplished with my smart phone, and I did not have to wait at all. The person who drew my blood did a great job -- no pain. The only negative for this location is that it is not very easy to get there using public transit because the WestCat #15 bus that goes there runs only once every hour on weekdays.”

“I had a wonderful experience at Labcorp this morning. Olivia drew four vials of blood. She did a terrific job. I hardly felt the needle prick. Olivia took great care to draw the needed blood. She has excellent customer service. Her down to earth attitude and expertise made it a pleasant experience. Kudos to Olivia for a job well done.”
“I’ve always had fast, pain-free lab service here, with friendly staff for the most part (yes, receptionists can sometimes get cranky but that’s a high-burnout job and I’ve witnessed patients bringing their less-than-best-selves forward more than once…)”

“What a great experience! I have been sick as a dog and needed to go to urgent care to get some relief from my symptoms. Everybody at the facility in Orinda was amazing, competent, caring, and thorough. I am highly impressed! Sauna, who was the person at the front desk was super helpful and clearly explained the process for me to see someone. I came in with a very bad cough and cold and because these could be signs of Covid, she explained that I needed to be seen outdoors by the staff. All I had to do is drive around to the back parking lot where they had set up tents for the staff to see the patients.. Stephanie was the intake nurse and she was great. And probably the biggest shout out should go to Dr. Bueno. He was super thorough and insisted I get a chest x-ray to rule out pneumonia, and wanted me to get a strep throat culture taken as well as Covid test. Within a very short time, all my tests were completed and the results came back. Dr. Bueno got me prescriptions to alleviate my symptoms. He is a fantastic doctor and was very reassuring that I would be on the road to recovery soon. Not that I wanna be sick, but if I am again, I will definitely go back to Sutter urgent care in Orinda,.”

“Mira was both personable and professional, and her technique was pretty good. She did not palpate my vein again after prepping it (yay!).
The sign-in system was fine for me, but it was a bit confounding for some people standing in line. I couldn't help, as I didn't speak their language.
I forgot to bring my mask from the car, and would have liked to have had an opportunity to get a mask at the lab. I couldn't find any there.
I had an appointment, and I was called in pretty close to my appt time.
All in all, this was a pretty good experience.”

“I liked that I could check in 10 minutes before my appointment time via a text I got that morning! That was convenient so I could say I was there and reduce some of the wait time if there was. Realized there was also a kiosk that could've been for that too but I didn't need to use it. There was a bit of a wait but the phlebotomist said they'd been a bit behind but it wasn't too crazy of a wait and the actual blood draw was super quick! So all in all I was basically in and out! The girl who took my blood was super nice and we had a little chat while I watched her.”
“Have only spoke on phone so can only say the woman I talked with was very nice and answered my questions. Waiting on prescription and will update as to shipping time and quality etc. But for now they seemed nice and professional.
Update : received first prescription and was somewhat upset due to minimum cost and barely getting much medication, but im pretty sure they sent mine overnight and they did not mention it. So maybe they did this just to be nice after paying the minimum cost. Was appreciated big time and they did this without any complaints or asking by me. Just placed next refill this past Friday and received email saying will be updated on when is shipped (monday today). Will update as to consistency and relative results with medication relative to other compounding pharmacies used, and regular shipping times once received. But so far seem to be a very professional and helpful business.”
“Nia was professional, friendly, and efficient. I never felt the blood draw. Nia is that proficient at her work. The clinic is clean with minimal wait time in early morning. Front desk was also kind and helpful.”
