“We just rented a unit from Pinole storage units from Michelle and Nevaeh and they were so accommodating so professional and did everything they could to find us the least expensive unit for a move that we're doing and made sure that it was very accessible to us cuz we're older so it was incredibly good experience”
“I appreciate the ladies in the office Jessica and Sheena are always out cleaning and talking to everyone. They always make sure everything is ok on the property.”

“I was at the storage facility yesterday and had difficulty with my key and went to the office to ask for assistance and was greeted by a pleasant clerk who immediately came to my aid and assisted me with my issue and saved me a great deal of time and frustration. I highly recommend this facility for all of your storage needs. Friendly staff and great service”
