Venue's, ????etc, etc etc, and most importantly, they have one of the best and biggest storage facilities in the Richmond, CA area!!?? and did I mention that you can, get freshly made food, from some of the highest rated,????, catering Chiefs around.And while I was there, I was privileged to get the day with them,???. Especially since my birthday is coming up. It's a great place for a party ????? and, absolutely beautiful at night ??!! But you can see for your self. Enjoy like I did.”

“Service is 5 stars, yes, Shasta is amazing.The prices have gone up more than 100% since i moved in while escaping covid in march 2020. I rented 5x5 which is far away from car access, you have to walk through a locked door for about 20 yards. I rented it out for around $60 in march 2020 then in couple months it was $86, then $96, then it stayed at $108 for at least a year, now went up to $137. Too much for me. I rented that bc in march 2020 all storages were closed and Shasta was the only manager willing to meet me to rent. I didnt fill half of that spaceThe storage itself is not fantastic, one side is to a hill and the bottom of the wall does not meet the floor, i.e. the dirt is showing as the wall is too short. If there are heavy rains, that will get muddy or flood.Luckily my stuff on the top at least looks ok, i will find out what happened to the bottom.... after sitting there for 2 yrs now....”

There's always been a helpful and professional attendant on site, never have I had an issue, whatsoever. The cleanliness, ease of access, security, and professionalism seems to stand above all the competition in the same price bracket, and made me question how some places justify their pricing. 10/10 would recommend”

“I'd had my rig at a marina in Alameda, but when it came time to move it I began shopping around and found the best price in E. Bay - Parr's. They actually have some other locations which include more features and amenities, but this is the Right Price location. While I sometimes wish they had electricity and water available, I can manage otherwise. There's two big, spirited dogs let loose after hours to add security in the lot, as well as perimeter razor wire. The coded entry gate is a bit 'vintage', so I make a point of taking the extra coupla' minutes to sit there, both coming and going, to ensure no one else slips through. The folks working there, and at another biz office, are all good to deal with. Friendly without overdoing any of it and whenever there's been any fumbles, issues or whatnot I've found them to be helpful and more than fair. I've had the space for the rig (24' Class C) there for on like 3 years now. The major concession was that it's situated waaaaaay up in unincorporated North Richmond. But... it doesn't really take too long, I've got another good deal going on a shipping container storage unit down the other end of the same street and it's actually kinda' nice out that way. Big open spaces. Kinda quiet. Not a lot of traffic and folks around. It's also within earshot of a shooting range I use.”

“I mistakenly gave them 5 stars MY BAD!!! I really would say they deserve no stars! I've been renting for over 8 yrs and recently rented another unit. I had not been to storage in quite a few months due to the tragic death of my partner.When I opened my original storage I noticed a fowl smell ,made my eyes hurt even . I got the attention of one of the employees to witness he in exclaimed "Oh it smells like mold and mildew. I had to throw out quite a few things unfortunately and am still doing so.im handicapped and this has been very trying for me to say the least. When asked management about the smell we agreed upon moving me to another storage . Someone had damaged the door and rubber seal around the door that keeps it (I thought) airtight. Management would not take any blame for the mold. Apparently contract states along with insurance that they are not responsible! Since then there has been no power in either one my units for at least 6 wks. due to a fire in another building. So consequently the smell is coming back because I cannot keep a fan circulating in the unit. I've inquired more times than I can count and nobody know when power will be restored. When I ask for manager he's not there, not available one excuse after another meanwhile my belongings are being ruined! Makes me very angry that I'm paying over $500 for 2 units and one of them at this point is getting destroyed by the lack of power.They have offered NO SOLUTION for said problem . If you value your belongings don't rent here!!! At this point it's just a holding station before I end up throwing more away .”

We were paying almost twice the price and limited access. The property is always clean and the owners are always super helpful.”

“Dispatcher said "don't be late for your appointment and don't piss them off or you can plan on a 7 hour wait for your paperwork." I'm always early by 3 or 4 hours and usually get a door 30 minutes after I arrive. Paperwork in 2 to 3 hours.”
