“I needed a place to store some stuff for a few months and honestly I was dreading the whole process. But the guy at the counter was super helpful and got me in and out in like ten minutes. The unit was exactly what I needed, super clean and easy to access with the gate code. I definately think its the cleanest storage place Ive ever been to. I forgot somthing in my car and went back to ask another question and he was just as nice the second time. Made what could have been a huge hassle feel like nothing. I would absolutly rent from here again.”

After selling a large home where I raise my kids, I needed multiple spaces to SAFELY and conveniently store “everything“ until I finished remodeling a much smaller home. My husband and I rented and 8 x 40 locker as well as a 8 x 20 locker.

My husband and I are very good packers so we opted this time to use CSI truck/movers which is part of their move-in package. “I'd had my rig at a marina in Alameda, but when it came time to move it I began shopping around and found the best price in E. Bay - Parr's. They actually have some other locations which include more features and amenities, but this is the Right Price location. While I sometimes wish they had electricity and water available, I can manage otherwise. There's two big, spirited dogs let loose after hours to add security in the lot, as well as perimeter razor wire. The coded entry gate is a bit 'vintage', so I make a point of taking the extra coupla' minutes to sit there, both coming and going, to ensure no one else slips through. The folks working there, and at another biz office, are all good to deal with. Friendly without overdoing any of it and whenever there's been any fumbles, issues or whatnot I've found them to be helpful and more than fair. I've had the space for the rig (24' Class C) there for on like 3 years now. The major concession was that it's situated waaaaaay up in unincorporated North Richmond. But... it doesn't really take too long, I've got another good deal going on a shipping container storage unit down the other end of the same street and it's actually kinda' nice out that way. Big open spaces. Kinda quiet. Not a lot of traffic and folks around. It's also within earshot of a shooting range I use.”

When i arrived the gentleman on the counter was super helpful in rearranging my booking for me and getting me into the truck i needed right away; all while being cheerful, polite, and 100% customer focused; making no attempt to take advantage of the situation like most rental car companies would do. 10/10 experience”

“The customer service at this location is 10/10. I just had come from a terrible storage company that I was told not to use on the property from someone else. The Richmond extra space storage made me feel safe, comfortable, and allowed time for any questions. The people who own it are beyond kind. I would highly recommend this storage unit to others.”
