Excellent customer service as I walk through the door she took my package right over to this self kiosk and showed me how easy it was to take care of send a package that was already marked with a label.

Customer service here is great, they are always friendly and helpful. I go pretty regularly to make returns and have never had a bad experience. Obviously it’s slow sometimes and the line gets backed up but that’s to be expected with a small shop.
