“Good store. Has everything you would expect from an office supply company and more...deducted one star for the new checkout line. I know in theory it is supposed to be smoother and quicker getting customers out but the 3 times I've been in the store since the barracades were installed it has taken me 3 times as long to check out than ever before. Not a huge issue for me being retired and rarely in a hurry anymore but I could read the frustration on the faces of other customers in line...”

“This UPS Store is located in a very accessible location in Moorpark. The entire staff is so helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. I’ve been in there several times for different reasons, from Amazon returns to passport renewal. All transactions have been quick and professional. If you need to mail something or have an Amazon return, this is a fast and easy place to do it.”
“Could not have had a better experience- I put in a number of cards to be printed and unfortunately the cards were not a standard size, so I accepted there would be white, uneven borders. Miguel gave me a call asking about it and then went out of his way to print the cards without the border. I was absolutely floored by his attention to detail and kindness. Thank you Miguel! “I stopped by this FedEx location to drop off a package that was due for overnight delivery. I came to this location because it's near my work and there a cut off time for overnight delivery. I found parking easily since they weren't busy at 12pm. I walked inside and it did take a couple of minutes for a worker to help me. The process was easy, they just scanned the barcode and give me my receipt. They have a printing area here and the store is a pretty decent size.”

“We are very blessed that in our city we have people like our local post office, they are very kind, several times a month I need to visit them to send my packages, I always have a pleasant experience thanks to them, however I can't say that about others. USPS center locations in Ventura or Oxnard and I have even gone to Santa Paula and the help is not so pleasant that on occasions I have had to return home with my packages because they did not want to receive my boxes, however, the Fillmore office has never Had no problem thanks you are a great team.”
“Adriana Serrano was AMAZING! She went above and beyond with helping me find my package. She never left me alone and walked me through the whole process to find where my package was left. Once we figured out where my package was, she went out and looked for the package herself! After about a day, she called me back and let me know that my package was waiting for me in the office. I couldn’t hold my excitement and cried infront of her. I love Adriana don’t lose her!! She is the best!!”
