“My experience here was mixed. The tax preparer was knowledgeable and took time to explain deductions and credits, which made filing feel less stressful. I appreciated the friendly attitude and how they guided me through some confusing parts of my return. On the other hand, communication about document requirements and deadlines could have been clearer — I had to follow up a couple of times for updates. Overall it’s a solid option if you’re looking for personal help with your taxes, though a bit more proactive communication would improve the experience.”
“Convient array of shipping services. I love having a local shop to pop into and quickly ship off a package. The workers are friendly and do their best to handle customers quickly. They used to have a team of older workers that were very fast and knowledgeable. The newer younger team is sweet, but still developing their customer service skills. For instance, even though I called ahead to verify that their notary is available today, when arriving at the store 5 min later, the notary was on a break and customers waited for service. Also, the scanner used for self service Amazon quick package drop off was not working and the team didn't know how to get it working. So four customers were lined up and waiting. The service quality and speed have definitely dropped, but the convenience is hard to beat.”

“I was a bit wary coming to this location based off the girl that helped me on the phone (not nice and very snippy) but when I got to the FedEx, I was greeted and welcomed by the amazing Tammy. She helped me with a smile on her face the entire time, even when the scanner wasn’t working and she made sure that I got what I needed done. We need more people like Tammy! Amazing customer service! Obviously, this was an entirely different girl than who I spoke with all the phone. Whoever I spoke with on the phone needs lessons from Tammy!”

“Judging off of my most recent visit last week, I had to go here to pick up my mail due to idiot criminals breaking into my community’s mail boxes. I rang the bell, and someone came right out. She returned quickly with my mail and explained a reasonable timeline to fixing the locks on the mailboxes and prevention. Plenty of parking, and not busy at all.”

“Been going here every day for decades! This is the best USPS location in Santa Clarita hands down... or anywhere for that matter!! All of the staff are super helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. I wish all the USPS locations were half as friendly and helpful as they are! Sylvia, Neva, Angel, Daniel, and all of the staff there always greet me when I come in and are always pleasant to work with. Can't say enough positive things about them! “I am so surprised by all these negative reviews. For one, I have to say each postal worker I’ve ever interacted with has been the friendliest public workers I’ve met. I’ve only had to use the postal service only and can’t speak for the passport service area. There are plenty of parking, clean , short lines and I think one of the better looking ones. I’m located between two post offices and without a doubt, I go here , even if it’s out of my way. The other one is what I usually experience in the past… the usual, (long lines, not the cleanest, you’re treated like a number not a person ). As far as the postal rates, the workers have no control over that but can suggest alternatives.”
