“This place is growing on me. When I first moved over here from Shell Beach, OSH was not my first choice, despite being very close to my house. Over time, though, I can say that I love this place. They have cheap stuff and upper tier tools and supplies, so I have a choice. Most recently, I’ve discovered the nursery and a guy name Shawn who works there. He’s the perfect combination of super knowledgeable and helpful. Can’t say enough good things about him. OSH is now actually my surprising go to.”

“Was thinking of buying a knob from Amazon, but it would take 2 days to deliver. The knob was for my daughter’s washer. Ruffoni’s got it to me overnight for the same price it was offered on Amazon. I have purchased all my appliances from Ruffoni’s since he started his business; Ruffoni’s even price matched the big boxes.”

“As a DIY woman, I can't recommend this place enough. If I went into Home Depot with a question, it would never be answered. At Ferguson's I felt so comfortable and like everyone was rooting for me to complete my leaky shower fix...even to the point of helping me figure out what parts I needed to complete the project and giving me advice. I will NEVER go to HD for a plumbing issue again.”

“I want to give a special shout out to Shannon, who was super helpful with a recent return. In addition, there seemed to be a lot of helpful workers around asking if I needed assistance. I hope this continues, thanks!”
