About Budget Car Rental
Budget Car Rental offers excellent service, highlighted by the professionalism and friendliness of its staff. Customers frequently praise Humberto and Pastor, noting their helpfulness and ability to manage busy times with ease. Many reviews emphasize the fast and efficient service, with customers appreciating how quickly they can get in and out, even during peak hours. The cars, such as the Kia K5, are reported to be freshly cleaned and in good condition, providing a positive rental experience. However, some customers express a desire for clearer communication regarding the security deposit and payment process, as it can be a bit confusing. Despite this minor concern, the overall sentiment is very positive, with many customers stating they will return to this location for future rentals instead of choosing competitors. The staff’s commitment to customer satisfaction and their genuine enjoyment of the job contribute significantly to the welcoming atmosphere at Budget Car Rental.

I rented my car at the Budget in Oakland airport. I only had the car for 1 day and I got a screw in the driver's rear tire. I went to this Budget to see what could be done. The manager, Pastor, was very friendly and accommodating. He swapped out the vehicle and had me on my way within 20 minutes. Great customer service.
