“I always leave Harbor Freight with exactly what I came for and a couple of things I didn't know I needed until I saw them. The staff are friendly without hovering, and the whole place has a fun, treasure-hunt energy that makes even a simple errand feel like an adventure.
My only tiny complaint is that the layout seems designed to make you take the scenic route, so a quick five-minute stop can turn into a half-hour wander. But honestly, that's on me for being easily distracted. It's the kind of store that makes you look forward to your next excuse to visit, and I'm already planning mine.”

I called in today, to see if they might have a handyvac part that someone in my household seems to have lost. I'd found the part online, but it was backordered. Bay Saw and Tool didn't have the part; they'd need to order online as well. But the person I spoke with not only suggested I check out eBay (which hadn't crossed my mind), she called me back a few minutes later to suggest a nearby vacuum shop I might try.
