They arrived quickly and I rode back to their yard with my car and the driver.They helped coordinate with the rental company to stay open a few minutes to wait for me and they drove me there to make sure I would have a rental to take my belongings out of my car and get home. “If you care about your vehicles as much as I do, call Al @ All Area Towing. I needed two cars towed and set an appointment for later in the week. Al was communicative throughout the process. He showed up on time with a beautiful flat-bed Chevy, and quickly had my first car ready to roll. Two separate cars being moved to the next town over took less than 2.5 hours from start to finish, and all for less than I had expected to pay. “So grateful for the warm, kindness, help I received from Cassandra, Garrett and Jacob. I'm a dialysis patient on oxygen and I needed help to get a new battery. I spoke on the phone with Jacob to get information about a new battery and he was super nice and understanding. He gave me the information I needed to know. This was yesterday, Saturday 2/17. I called today Sunday 2/18 to make arrangements for a new battery. I spoke to Cassandra and the information she gave was the same as Jacob. Jacob was off today. I brought my van into Auto Zone and right away they came to help me. Cassandra was with another customer so Garrett helped me. Apparently, I didn't need a new battery. He did a test and found out that it was my alternator that needed to be fixed. I was pretty upset so I sat on the side of my van to gather myself and Cassandra came up to me to check on me. She offered me a drink to feel better. I did. Not only because of the drink but also nice customer care. I felt very relaxed there. They took good care of me. God bless them all.”

“Terry is a good guy and very helpful. He noticed my battery wasn't connected correctly while looking at my car and would not let me leave until he fixed it. He also ran my codes twice to make sure my car was ready to be smogged. He did not charge me. He took a good amount of time out of his day to help me. I would say he is a genuinely good mechanic not out for your money.”

“Every time I had to deal with any impound tow company it was automatic rummage through entire car as soon as it hits the yard. My car was full I mean full of treasure. It was there for a week my own doing. But, I paid the fees which was a lot. To my surprise everything was still there in the same spot. I recommend not getting your car impounded. But if you do you want these guys to do it. Great job not your average tow company.”

“While in route to the airport our tire blew out on Hwy 4. We called AAA and could not wait for their 2 hr ETA. It was 6am on a Saturday and the only place willing and eager to help us catch our flight (start our vacation) was Hero towing!! We only waited approximately 15 -20 mins from the time we called for someone to arrive. The gentleman that helped us with our spare was very professional, fast, efficient, and kind. Unfortunately, I didn’t get the gentleman’s name, but I really appreciated him “saving” us (literally a hero)!! Thanks again!!- Very grateful customer”

“A pothole blew out my tire on 680 with pouring down rain. I made it to the shoulder but it was an unsafe position for me to get out and put on my spare due to weather and rush hour traffic. Michelle dispatched Mike who got to me in just over an hour and had my car on a flat bed tow truck within 5 minutes. Dropped me off at tire center 5 miles away. Cost was 125 base, 10 per mile.”
