“Ironically I don't like going to Costco. The ailes are wide enough but people pushing carts seem to get in your lane or stop right in front of you. No cart etiquette. Saw people get turned away trying to get in during executive business hours. Pretty much the highlight of my visit. The 5 stars are for the employees who do their job and enforcing the executive business hours and having checkout run as efficient as possible.”

“Costco is great, everyone should already know this. Yes, buying in bulk can be difficult to store at home. But they offer so many other perks and services that make membership worthwhile.”

“It's Costco. You pretty much know what to expect. The parking lot was large, but probably gets full at peak times. Great view of Mt. Diablo walking out the front door”

“I have been a Costco Member for many decades. Today was the first day I patronized the Pharmacy at the Antioch, CA Costco. I received great service from Alex (via a Phone call). As a first time caller, I had no clue how the Pharmacy service works. Alex, patiently and professionally provided answers to my many questions. He also spent the time to listen to their voice mails in search of the message my doctor left with my new Prescription. I originally told him that my doctor said he spoke to one of the Pharmacy staff which was not the case. Because of the high quality service he provided me today, he definitely should be recognized by upper Costco Management. I could not find a way on the Costco web site or system to leave a review or feedback; therefore, I am using Yelp. Hope this helps my fellow Costco Members. Thank you Alex, Ed Woo”

“Went to this Costco for a return... the line was insane.... I don't know if it's because I came on a Friday around 2:00pm... but the line took forever... BUT- the reason for this review is not because I love writing reviews. Its more to recognize the service I received... It's not often that I go to costco and I have extremely helpful people... this Costco however, has always been great. With the line being long, being tired, being annoyed that the line is too long... (lol) when it was finally my turn I was greeted with a big (happy to work here) smile... which you know what they say is contagious... Prado, I think that was his name, he was so helpful, so informative, and it didn't matter if there was a line behind us, he made sure to help me understand any future return questions I had. He seemed sincere and genuine about our quick convo about the Korean BBQ and that's what customers need after waiting in a long line... (yes still talking about that line) So shoutout to Prado (sorry if i got this name wrong) Cheers!”

“Tonight's visit to Costco in Antioch was a pleasant experience, particularly with the seamless transition of holiday items in and out, showcasing their consistent attention to seasonal offerings throughout the store. With spring in full swing, I noticed an expanded selection of plants, including several varieties I hadn't typically seen at Costco such as various dwarf fruits, all available in ample quantities. This focus on seasonal diversity enhances the overall value of the shopping experience, making it effortless to discover something fresh during every visit.”
