“I have been coming to this Stater Bros. for a little over a year now specifically to get meat to cook for my dogs. Every single time I have gone to the butchery it has been amazing service. Incredibly kind staff, quick, and very helpful to me. A standout for me was employee Mark at the meat department, as well as another gentleman who I did not get their name but will next time I go. Mark told me that the other gentleman had told him one of my dogs had passed away and offered his sincere condolences. Mark also provided me with great service and I am so thankful for his kindness during a hard time. Thank you again to the people working in the meat department!”
“I was born and raised around corner..I would pass this place hundreds of times and never bother going in..well I was really surprised of this place...the food in this place was really good...the service was also very good..and the selections of alcoholic beverages, beers, wine and soft drinks was superb...also has a mini market..with many choices of fruits, vegetables, and Mexican specialities..this place is definitely worth a visit..”
“Best grocery store in Placentia. Produce and meat isn’t the freshest but the price is competitive.
Always got the best unique snacks at the best prices. Good dairy, kind staff, cleanliness of the store needs work. Most of the carts have issues, people need to stop putting their kids on the cart once they hit over 80 pounds.”

“The people who work here are so nice. I’m here about every other day lol! This is my hang out spot and the ladies who work the register are so sweet. I’m always happy to see them. Feels like I’m on the show Gilmore Girls when I walk in. Would love to see a coffee machine though but still 5 stars. I am kind of bummed that they open at 9am though cause I need to go on a hike today hahaha. Other than that customer service is great and the prices really aren’t that bad. I love down the street. They sell cigs, cigars, snacks, meat. Not sure if they have premade sandwiches though. The other snack and deli shop I don’t like the customer service isn’t good”
“Mexican market with good deals on meat and produce. It's a bit small but has most of what you need there. They have numerous different flavor tamales for $2 a pop there.”

“First time coming to this store. Everyone was so helpful, I was at the seafood counter just checking out the selection. No one was behind the counter, someone came out very promptly asking me if I needed help. I told him I was just browsing the selection. He was so friendly and eager to help. Then I noticed a man at the self checkout helping someone who was stuck. He was trying to assist everyone at the same time. He really did do a good job of keeping the flow going. He was very timely and accommodating to everyone there. I think his name was Carlos. Great job I would recommend this place”
