“My wife recently bought a pocket watch from auction and I came here to see what they had to say about it . Sure enough the watch seems to have a lot of funny business going on and they were able to point it out very quickly . May and Jaime at the Tustin watch and Wares location are friendly and professional and quick . They know their stuff well and it shows that they have been in the business for a significant amount of time and I believe they will pay you a decent price for gold if you are looking to sell it . They did not even try to charge me for their time and in a world where everyone is trying to nickel and dime you for everything this is a valuable asset in a business and proves that they are a quality company with quality employees. Also a shout out to Walter at their Location in downtown orange whom I saw first and who also was professional ,courteous, knowledgeable and quick . The folks took time to chat with me and allowed me to test the guitar, running around finding the cord and cable. Overall a great experience! “I've had no issues at all at this location. I've only dealt with the two main employees the woman and the man that I believe are married in their early 50's. They always have been nice to me, are FULLY versed in gun-laws (I saw a review on here that makes no sense based off my experience), and are pretty fair on prices. They don't bend much on the prices, like most pawn shops, but they aren't super outgoing friendly like some people may like, however they're nice enough and are serious as they should be. They remind me of people from the mid-west, people from California are d-bags and they aren't ones to talk about people being friendly or nice. But yeah, ignore the negative reviews, just because they're not trying to go over the moon with customer service doesn't mean they deserve a bad review.”
