“I bought a finish nailer that was defective and they let me swap it out no problem; they were very helpful & very cordial. I intend to visit them as a first resource instead of a last resort in the future.”
“This pawn shop is the best they are very respectful and so nice and they dont charge a arm and leg like most pawn shops. Everyone had smiles and very helpful. Thanks guys p.s. my dog loved you guys too..lol”
“I'm reading all the excellent reviews right here and I just want to say I agree whole-heartedly with all of them. I have bought several guitars there, and I hope to buy another, pricier model before long. Other, bigger, glitzier stores (you know who I mean) did not have time to help me or even show me prices. Golden State gives me all the data and time I need every time.
I also had a guitar worked on at Golden State with fabulous results at an unbeatable price.
Rob at Golden State Pawn is Da Man, no contest.”
“My first experience with a pawn shop ever was made very pleasant by Elmar. :) He made sure to explain the process, and did a thorough examination of my items which I really appreciated. (They pay a very good price for gold) He also took the time to explain how loans and buying from them worked which was great to note for future purchases. After everything, I walked out with a big chunk of cash and a nice perspective of this little pawn shop!”
“I was playing a a show at haven city and my cable took a dump. I went in and tried to buy one but the owner gave me one for free!!! Super cool dudes here really saved my butt !!! Thanks again guys!!”
“Top shelf service as always! The employees there are all great, and are now basically like extended family, who help me out with my finances at this point... Thanks guys!”

“Incredible. I can’t begin to say enough about the team at Gardens Gold n Loan. They were kind, friendly and very generous with the business I needed. I had gone to 3 different jewelers (none were friendly or fair.) I will go back to them for all my business and recommending them to anyone ever in need of their services! Thanks again, guys!!!”
“Great customer service from Sandra! She was friendly, professional, and very helpful throughout my visit. Sandra took the time to answer my questions and made the whole experience easy and comfortable. I really appreciated her patience and excellent customer service.”
“I had a great experience at Jumpawnit selling my designer handbags. Rick was the sales associate who assisted me, and he was very friendly, professional, and helpful throughout the entire process. I was happy with the final offer I received for my handbags.
Priscilla was also very pleasant to work with during the final cash-out process and made everything quick and easy. Overall, I had a very positive experience and would definitely recommend this pawn shop to others. I will certainly be back in the future. Thank you for the excellent customer service!”

“Went to “Goldunion” down the street and got a crazy lowball offer. Came to Imperial Pawnbrokers and met Nick and he offered me well above what they could. It was quick, and they had lots of cool stuff inside to look at. I got paid out in cash, on the spot, and walked out getting a fair offer on my gold and silver jewelry. THANK YOU IMPERIAL PAWN👍🏻”

“The hotel is centrally located to plenty of restaurants and shopping plazas. I stayed about 8 days. One thing to note is due to it being close to the highway there was a lot of traffic noise overnight. The room service was pretty good, they service rooms daily. Only had slight issues with the housekeeping not leaving enough towels. If theres 4 towels, they should leave 4 clean towels, not 2. Other issue i had here was that when i booked the hotel i was told kids 12 & under eat free with a paying adult, once i got to the hotel i was told by staff that its 5 & under which really messed with my plan since i took into consideration the pricing of meals when booking this hotel. The restaurant was great, however- wish I had a chance to try more items on their menu. The shuttle they offer is to knotts berry farm & disney land only. You have to schedule the shuttle, which is great. You can always contact the driver through text or call and reschedule if needed with an hour notice. The pool was also nice and clean and the staff kept up with making sure there were always towels available. There is also a hot tub where you can change the pressure of the water going out the jets utilizing a knob. I look forward to staying at this hotel again when I schedule my next Disney trip or knotts berry farm.”

“I have been to this shop and the 2 attached stores as well, for decades. I am almost 50 but have gone there since my 20s for selling coins and pawning jewelry to buying rolls of state quarters and all baseball card collecting merchandise. I knew the former owner and he had custom made jewelry GORGEOUS PIECES in the front display case and I swore one day I'd own one. What I love about this place is their knowledge and expertise at jewelry repair. I've had several pieces fixed and they are fair and polite and have always been kind and accommodating. I have never been disappointed. The custom 850$ ring I bought my daughter now wears and it's a 16 diamond and lab created alexandrite and still stunning as the day I bought it. Compared to the 18k gold with a 3ct peridot for 350$ in China town the alexandrite has stood the test of time. My daughter has had the ring since age 12 she's 22 now and I bought it before my son who would be 25 now had he survived leukemia however my peridot stone ring well the setting can't maintain holding the stone in. My only wish is that this store was open longer hours 7 days a week. I LOVE THIS STORE! highly informed people that let you browse at your comfort anything worth having for value over time...THIS IS THE PLACE TO GO TO FIND IT! If they don't have it they will make it they are OUTSTANDING!”
