“The hotel is centrally located to plenty of restaurants and shopping plazas. I stayed about 8 days. One thing to note is due to it being close to the highway there was a lot of traffic noise overnight. The room service was pretty good, they service rooms daily. Only had slight issues with the housekeeping not leaving enough towels. If theres 4 towels, they should leave 4 clean towels, not 2. Other issue i had here was that when i booked the hotel i was told kids 12 & under eat free with a paying adult, once i got to the hotel i was told by staff that its 5 & under which really messed with my plan since i took into consideration the pricing of meals when booking this hotel.The restaurant was great, however- wish I had a chance to try more items on their menu. The shuttle they offer is to knotts berry farm & disney land only. You have to schedule the shuttle, which is great. You can always contact the driver through text or call and reschedule if needed with an hour notice. The pool was also nice and clean and the staff kept up with making sure there were always towels available. There is also a hot tub where you can change the pressure of the water going out the jets utilizing a knob. I look forward to staying at this hotel again when I schedule my next Disney trip or knotts berry farm.”

Gives me top dollar for my stuff does not complain if my stuff is dented or scratched never told me nothing like that just gives me offer And gets me in and out and on with my day love it love it. “I have been to this shop and the 2 attached stores as well, for decades. I am almost 50 but have gone there since my 20s for selling coins and pawning jewelry to buying rolls of state quarters and all baseball card collecting merchandise. I knew the former owner and he had custom made jewelry GORGEOUS PIECES in the front display case and I swore one day I'd own one. What I love about this place is their knowledge and expertise at jewelry repair. I've had several pieces fixed and they are fair and polite and have always been kind and accommodating. I have never been disappointed. The custom 850$ ring I bought my daughter now wears and it's a 16 diamond and lab created alexandrite and still stunning as the day I bought it. Compared to the 18k gold with a 3ct peridot for 350$ in China town the alexandrite has stood the test of time. My daughter has had the ring since age 12 she's 22 now and I bought it before my son who would be 25 now had he survived leukemia however my peridot stone ring well the setting can't maintain holding the stone in. My only wish is that this store was open longer hours 7 days a week. I LOVE THIS STORE! highly informed people that let you browse at your comfort anything worth having for value over time...THIS IS THE PLACE TO GO TO FIND IT! If they don't have it they will make it they are OUTSTANDING!”
