Generally speaking the ladies who work here have a bad attitude are rude Curt unprofessional and just want to get you through the line.
However it is apparently clear that you have an inherent desire to deliver exceptional customer service!!!
I served at Nordstrom for 19 years most of which was executive capacity so when I receive Nordstrom service I have to commend that individual and hope that they might receive some due recognition!!!
