My time was limited as I had a doctor’s appointment and was hoping that opening a certificate wouldn’t take long. It didn’t, the rep, I believe his name was Alberto, was very efficient and answered all my questions. I Love my credit union.

Alfredo is an EXCELLENT REPRESENTATIVE. He took his time to help me understand the type of account I was opening. And followed up with superiors to get answers to additional questions I had outside of his authority. It was a pleasure working with him.
