“Received boots from DSW after placing an online order. When I received the package, the box came with no lid! The order was for a gift so I went to the store to see if the staff could provide a replacement box or even just a lid. They offered to pack it in a different box or if I could find a matching lid, then I could use it. With help from Brenda, the store manager, I was able to finally receive a replacement box. Thanks so much to Brenda! 5 stars to her!!”
