I wear it everyday to walk my dogs and jog and its my favorite shoes now!”
“Had to give my thanks to Store Manager, Jon Bryant, who helped me with sizing and exchanging to correct chelsea boots. I came in with the wrong size that I purchased on AE online on Friday evening, and Jon quickly measured my feet, explained what may be the issue(s), brought out two pairs to try out with one of a longer length and another of larger width, and process the exchange. I was in and out in less than 15 min. He was pleasant and knowledgeable expert to talk to too, which made the store visit a pleasure moment!”

I like the natural fabric available at the Eileen Fisher store, they are comfortable and breathe easily. They have a variety of colors and styles from easy, slim, to relax fit. Excellent parking available in the Walnut Creek Broadway Plaza mall Center, refined shopping center, quality boutiques, department stores, and eateries. Great for the whole family!”

“I'm someone who has never had a pair of jeans that I loved, but I've always wanted to have that perfect pair. I decided to give Madewell jeans a try because I'd heard they were cut well for different body types. (I have a small waist and bigger legs so I often have a waist gap or they are too tight in the thighs.) Jordan in the Walnut Creek location is so knowledgeable and patient and she helped me find the perfect pair of jeans for me. Not only do they fit great, but they are super soft and so comfortable. I tried on so many pairs and she helped me refine it down to the one that was perfect for me (the Perfect Vintage Wide Leg). Thanks Jordan!”

“I’ve been shopping at this clothing chain for years and years, I say at least 30 years. They have them in quite a few locations. They have one Napa, Lafayette, Walnut Creek, and I do believe Moraga. They have a wide variety of clothes for men and women and children, this is fascinating for a small chain. They actually have a teenager department for girls and two sections of the women’s department, one for the very mature woman. They even have a shoe section with a very good variety. Also Jewelry and purses. I forgot to mention on the woman’s side, they have undergarments and sportswear.
It truly is amazing the variety of clothing and other things they have in these stores. And the prices are decent. Don’t miss out is my suggestion.”

“Cannot say enough good things about the customer service and inventory at this store! I’m a studio owner with a dancer that had a pointe shoe emergency. She wears a size configuration that is hard to find and a performance in 3 days. Called the store and they had a pair in stock and ready for pick up at a moments notice. Excellent customer service from Madonna too. Highly recommend this establishment for all your dance needs.”
“The selection is good but many items available online are not stocked at the Walnut Creek location. Returns are easy with online purchases, but would rather be able to try on and purchase in the brick 'n mortar store.”
