“Great salesperson named Shannan who guided me to a special request by my Dr. for specific shoes. She also pointed out the brand of inserts Kaiser sold me, ran small, which they did, so I was able to return them and come back with the right size. I would have been sorry had I kept the other pair as they would have been too short and not returnable to Kaiser. Very helpful and also sold me a pair of slides with the built in arch support.. Very kind and deserves a raise, due to her expertise and patience. My only complaint would be the man driving the Tesla who was backing out of the customer only parking spot and almost hit me, learn to say your sorry when your wrong and stop parking there, even if you own the place.”

“I came across a beautiful peacoat while perusing their Walnut Creek store location while visiting family in Northern California for the holidays. I wasn't 100% sure I wanted that coat as it was the first one I tried on and I like to shop around.Fast forward to a month later and after trying on more than 20 coats from all sorts of designers, I was certain that I wanted the specific R&G jacket, but I couldn't find it in my size online or at any southern California location.I called the Walnut Creek store and one of their reps, Nikki, was so gracious and helpful. “Today, I went in and Elizabeth was great! They weren't very busy and she went above and beyond to help me. Her manager, Andrea, even offered me my post b'day discount since I did not get any notification in my inbox. They were both so amazing, I ended up buying a pair of sandal and ordered a turtleneck shirt off the internet with even better discount when you order in store. It's a hit and miss at Madewell in terms of service, but this evening, they were amazing and I really want to be sure Madewell knows this. Thank you!”

“Wow, I have never been treated so well at a clothing store. Once I walked in, Suzanna greeted me. She gave me two Kind bars and a sparkling soda. She also entered me in a teacher raffle for $50. Next, I didn't know my pants size so she kept bringing me pants to try on in the fitting room. It's been a few years since I've worn real pants. I told her I needed to buy some formal-ish/ casual pants for IEP meetings at school. I would have bought more black pants, but they didn't have any more mediums left. This is the only clothing store that I know of that gives teachers discounts on clothes. I was ready to show them my credential information at the checkout counter, but the man never asked me.This is the best shopping trip I have ever experienced!”
