I’ve gotten my TPMS repaired by them a year ago and just recently needed to take in my 2006 Prius for maintenance/repairs after a bunch of lights came up on my dashboard. James is super knowledgeable and answered all of my questions, truly a master at his craft. Not only were the repairs made, but the crew cleaned the inside of my car as well (thank you)! The cost of the services were quite steep, but it does make sense with the quality of service you’re receiving. I was also given a 36 month/36k mile warranty for the services! I called Hero towing and the price was good and they promptly sent Angel, he arrived fast to my location and he got my car towed in no time. “Every time I had to deal with any impound tow company it was automatic rummage through entire car as soon as it hits the yard. My car was full I mean full of treasure. It was there for a week my own doing. But, I paid the fees which was a lot. To my surprise everything was still there in the same spot. I recommend not getting your car impounded. But if you do you want these guys to do it. Great job not your average tow company.”

He showed up on time with a beautiful flat-bed Chevy, and quickly had my first car ready to roll. Two separate cars being moved to the next town over took less than 2.5 hours from start to finish, and all for less than I had expected to pay.
