AT&T is noted for its great workers who are kind, helpful, and create a great environment. Consultants are successful, informative, and calmly handle multiple customers at once. They solve big technical issues, provide great experiences, and are highly recommended. Staff are able to upgrade phones, improve service, and save customers money on their monthly bills. Employees are also helpful and friendly in resolving issues like SIM card replacements, sometimes at no charge. The team is consistently described as top notch and awesome.
