I was driving around town with a service that cut off from one phone to another-so was very frustrated at the customer service # I called. Ive went to hayward ATT-today-aside from Vanessa! The other team members are not helpful. I had been to two AT&T stores today to gladly walk into the Pleasanton AT&T to meet Daniel. He has such a kind demeanor and even while juggling multiple clients, he remained focused and positive. He provided excellent customer service and made sure we got the most out of the new changes at the best rate. I would give him 5 stars but as a business as a whole, I was surprised that he was so extremely helpful and knowledgable while other staff was not productive or skilled enough to assist in a similar way. Everleigh ran everything pretty much on his own and costumers waited to specifically work with him. He’s exceptional and others should strive to level up to his standard.”
