“I bought my bike in Menlo Park and now sense Then the store has closed. So now the nearest store is Livermore. The Pedagos store How do you spell pedego store family owned. And the 3 they run the shop amongst them selves call them selves the 3 stooges. But I have to tell you. I called them the 3 amigos. I was there Thursday 1 day, mostly the whole day and got to know them. And they made me feelike family and took care of me & my bike and all it's needs so I can't wait for my tires tires to be. Replace because that's where I'll go buy them. Cause it was so much fun going to Livermore from Santa Clara, where I live and how to and had a great day. So kudos to the pedego store in Livermore. They're awesome awesome.”

Brought in a 20+ year old mountain bike that had been sitting and the shifter was not working anymore. They got the shift levers rebuilt and fixed a bent derailleur hanger and got it back to me the same day.”

“Had a puncture on my front tire and took it to the store and got fixed in 10 minutes. The owner is really quick proficient and and friendly. Before me, there was another customer that brought in his bike, mentioning some problems on the brakes. And the owner did a quick fix in two minutes and just give the bike back to him, no charge. That was very nice. In my case it was about $20 to get my internal tube replaced and really quick and no pain. I love it.”

“I can never thank these folks enough for their kindness and over- the-top service. I've rediscovered mountain biking when Covid-19 started, and so I got three bikes. My first two were from a chain bike store, while my third, a Specialized Kenevo Comp is from Superfly Wheels. I've been regularly going to lots of trails and naturally, needed frequent repairs and tune ups. I often get disappointing reception at the chain, but each time I come to Superfly Wheels, I get a personalized, small-town, no-frills, non-chain store experience, that is friendly, quick, attentive, honest polite and conscientious. I have never been charged for a tune-up service, and they've even thrown in free minor parts. I am so very amazed and extremely satisfied with Superfly Wheels. And to all of you who are undecisive where to purchase your next bike or bring one for repairs, I tell you this is the place to go!”
