James is honest (too blunt for some folks' appetite), provides extremely fair pricing and above all provides great service. In cases of purchase and repair, we have found him to be very knowledgeable about this domain, and he is able to provide good recommendations on what bicycles would fit a user for specific needs. I have personally visited couple of other bicycles shops in Fremont and their pricing for the quality of service is atrocious... We would definitely recommend James and Fremont Schwinn Cyclery !!!”

“My son's new bike (ordered online) had to issues since it had been assembled. The pedals loosened up w/the chain twice. The 2nd time I was fed up and thought maybe there was a defect. I finally decided to take to a bike shop. People I spoke to recommended Baylands and Centripedal. I ended up taking to Centripedal and they had great customer service and took my sons bike right in to fixed when we arrived with a 60 day warranty on the repair. My son's bike has been perfect ever since and no more issues. I will continue to use Centripedal for any bike repairs we may need in the future. They're great just like those said who recommended them!”
