“Our first time here, the owner James was such an amazing guy with a great sense of humor. He is to the point, gives us the information we need, educates us even in the little time that he has and helps us choose what we need. Don’t come here expecting to have a loooong chat, he is a busy person and values others time as well. He will help you make the decision within minutes because of his expertise. He will appreciate someone who doesn’t dilly dally so do some homework and go there and he will be your guide. I was able to purchase my bike (free warranty) in 10 minutes coming to his store. I was looking at various bikes online and offline for days and couldn’t come to a conclusion, he is a like a dad who knew what we needed. My husband and I will definitely keep coming here.”

“Ordered a bike directly from the Mike’s Bikes website and attempted the build myself at home, but ran into trouble and made a complete mess of it. I drove over to the Pleasanton store without an appointment hoping they could help. They immediately stepped up: took the bike in, assembled it properly, tuned it to perfection, and didn't charge a dime. Massive shoutout to Jon - absolute lifesavers, knowledgeable, and genuinely great people. Highly recommended!”

“Shop team (thanks, Scott!) all really know their stuff with Canyon brand bikes. No major upsells on used bike maintenance or safety tune ups / checks, just good vibes of go out and learn your new-to-you MTB. Will be going back for maintenance I can’t do on my own (eg shock services) and plan to buy my next bike here when the time comes. Hopefully not for a long time.”

“I love this local gem. The service is top notch and the staff are pretty great. I got my bike fixed here (like car maintenance but for bikes). I got my brakes done here ... and they also sell some good accessories. It's definitely a great store and the customer service is amazing. I thought the price was pretty fair as well. I mean for parts and labor it wasn't too bad in my opinion. They also provide options and give suggestions so it didn't feel like they were trying to rip me off.”
