My car repair is taking longer than expected and they have been in contact with me to make sure I have a vehicle while I wait! They even reached out to the collision repair place for me! “Avis is great but the billing is horrible. I rent month to month contracts and pay weekly so they charge every week they hold the transaction until they you close the contract. The contract is only good for one month then you close it out. So they hold all your transactions. You payed every week until you close it out. they still have the holds on the transactions then they charge you the full amount for example you paid three payments $400 they hold those and then they charge the 1200 so they charged twice but you get the money back on the holds within 3 weeks I don't know why they can't release the money right away they won't release it until it's closed once it's closed then the holds on those amounts will get released within 3 weeks that's just way too long to wait for your money. I had a complaint because I never got my money back on the holds after I made a complaint then they released it 2 to 3 weeks later Enterprise never did this to me every month I gotta deal with this. But if you have too much money then you don't have to worry about it I don't have too much money so I have to worry about it I always have to have at least $2,000 in my account at all time to rent this car for the month other than that they're really nice”
