I called. Lucky for me, Vahn Manuel the flooring consultant answered. I talked, he listened and asked questions about rooms,colors and other details. He was kind. He didn’t talk fast. I requested and he scheduled a next day in-home appointment.

1st stage. A-plus!
Immediately (next day) post home inspection I received a call from Vahn. He asked if I had any questions about the estimate that Will had provided us from his inspection. I was reviewing and had a concern or maybe just a question about the pricing. He noted my concerns, conferred with his manager then forwarded an updated proposal for my review. Vahn made sure I understood both verbal and in print by email. I felt comfortable and not rushed. His kind, honest and respectful manner further gave me confidence to make the decision to proceed.
I reviewed and approved the updated proposal. He then guided me to the final approval stage. This all happened in just two days. Installation next week.
