“These folks are pros. I've gotten both wall-to-wall carpeting and custom area rugs from them over the years and the experience is seamless. They're considerate, communicative, easy to work with and do high quality work with high quality materials. Awesome multi-gen family business.”

“My designer insisted we use McCurley’s even though it was quite a bit farther from us than several flooring stores in San Francisco - and I completely understand why now. You might think one flooring store is much like another, but there’s a surprising amount of nuance in choosing the right product. Ray was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful throughout the process, from sorting through countless options and making sure they worked with our cabinetry and other finishes to advising us through some trickier parts of the project. There’s a reason our designer recommended McCurley’s so highly. I’d absolutely recommend them as well and would use them again in a heartbeat for any future project.”

“We have purchased material from Bridge Bay on multiple occasions with a lot of success. Brandon and the office team are always quick to respond with pricing and stock details. This week, they helped us secure materials for an ongoing installation in less than 24 hours by going out of their way to make it happen. We highly recommend Bridge Bay, and we look forward to continuing to purchase material with them.”

“Teza was great to work with and made the whole process of picking out flooring a lot easier. He took the time to show me different options and helped me find something that actually fit the look I wanted. I’m really happy with how the flooring turned out and would definitely recommend working with Teza if you’re looking for someone who knows their stuff and genuinely wants to help.”

“Growing up, a lesson I learned is that my dad is always right. As a new homeowner one of the exciting upgrades is flooring. We needed some carpet and some hard wood flooring. As a lifelong renter, I had no idea what's good or what would work for my needs. Thankful for staff Kevin and Tae who helped me out. Turns out LVT (Luxury Vinyl Tile) was the best choice for me in terms of durability, waterproof, longevity and pricing. I own a dog and so while I wasn't worried so much about my personal level of activity, I knew that we didn't want scratches or any accidents to mess up the flooring. The options are endless and staff are professional and good communicators. We were given accurate timelines for if/when the items were in stock and the installation. Their installers came in shortly after ordering and got the job done in a very clean, efficient and excellent manner. So thank you Tae and thank you dad, we love our new flooring!”

“My 2nd floor carpet has aged out. New Year’s Resolution: buy new. Anxiety? Ask a friend for advice. Answer: S&G Carpet. I called. Lucky for me, Vahn Manuel the flooring consultant answered. I talked, he listened and asked questions about rooms, colors and other details. He was kind. He didn’t talk fast. I requested and he scheduled a next day in-home appointment. He didn’t talk fast. I felt comfortable and not rushed. Important factor for me. 1st stage. A-plus! Immediately (next day) post home inspection I received a call from Vahn. He asked if I had any questions about the estimate that Will had provided us from his inspection. I was reviewing and had a concern or maybe just a question about the pricing. He noted my concerns, conferred with his manager then forwarded an updated proposal for my review. Vahn made sure I understood both verbal and in print by email. I felt comfortable and not rushed. His kind, honest and respectful manner further gave me confidence to make the decision to proceed. I reviewed and approved the updated proposal. He then guided me to the final approval stage. This all happened in just two days. Installation next week. 2nd stage. AAA-plus! Happy customer!! Great overall customer service!! 5 BIG Stars! Vahn was certainly my blessing.”
