“OVER THE TOP!!!!! I hired Magic Moving & Storage to move my parents from the Bay Area to Scottsdale, Arizona. The move was quite involved since my parents lived in their house for over 35 years. It was a long grueling experience to weed through things that they didn't need anymore. I hired this company to pack my parents belongings and store it for a few months and move it to Arizona. I will say empathetically, that I was blown away! They were neat, careful, organized, efficient, labeled all the boxes, were extremely patient with my parents and assisted in organizing everything. Which is exactly what I needed. The entire staff, office and movers, was a pleasure to work with, always answered my questions and were very helpful. Nancy and Victoria were so friendly and knowledgeable. When the time came for delivery, I received a courtesy call and the driver also kept in touch with my parents throughout the whole time. Their rates were better than competitive and worth every penny. They gave me peace of mind which and my parents were very happy.
