“MM&S packed up our 1700 sqft house into a 26' truck in just one day. And they moved us to our new home 40 miles away the next. Not one thing was broken or scratched. Absolutely an amazing service. Two excellent crews, excellent customer service, and fast. Removing the empty boxes and paper after the move was hard, but we hired someone to take it all away. The bottom line is that we would have spent more money and time if we did it ourselves.”

“It's a big facility. They have storage, packaging materials and everything you need for your moving needs. Fairly decent fleet of vehicles. The vehicle we got was already abused but well maintained. The check-in line at the open was long and they need more staff to handle that rush. On return my payment plan was changed to the one which saved me 10%, that was a pleasant surprise. I will be renting from them again.”

“I was renting a unit for my daughter in CA, while she looks for an apartment. I was able to handle it all from my jome in ID. Took all of 20 minutes via the website. Very user friendly, quick and easy. Being able to do remotely was icing on tje cake.”

“Had a hitch installed and it was quickly done. James helped me out, and everything went well. It took about 45 mins and I was able to wait in the store since they had a table with some chairs and wifi. Everyone was really nice.”

Amazing customer service from Anita and John from when I first signed up, every time I called or walked in and had a question. Amazing location, clean landscaped grounds. Every time my husband and I would come to drop off or pick up we would walk the trail and take our kids to the Val Vista park right next door. Would recommend to anyone who is looking for an affordable, quiet, clean storage facility.”
“I picked up a UHaul truck from this location recently. The owner gave us the keys to our truck and just told us to go outside and find the truck number that matched the number on our key. He didn't walk out to the truck with us. Turns out there was damage to the truck already and I ended up having to pay for it. I got the Uhaul home and loaded it up- I didn't sleep that night because I stayed up all night outside with the Uhaul to make sure nobody broke in or damaged it. When I took off, I paid for gas at the pump to make sure the truck was never left unattended. When I turned the truck in (at a different location) they said there was damage to the truck that wasn't there before. Even though it was already there, the other Uhaul had pictures to compare it that weren't up to date. Where that damage didn't show. So I was charged $290 additional to pay for this damage that was not my fault.Update on this review:Today somebody from Uhaul called and followed up on my review. They understood that I didn't cause the damage and refunded me the charges for the damage. That was pretty terrific! This leads me to believe it was truly an honest mistake and all is well that ends well.”
