“Fantastic option if you’re looking for storage in Pleasanton. Staff is super friendly, units are clean. Security is very solid- codes required for gate entry, building entry, and elevator use. I kept my items here about 7 months and there were no price increases, which seems quite regular at the other storage places nearby. I’m moving now so no longer need storage, otherwise I’d continue here for sure.”

“I am very satisfied with my overall experience using 3 U-Boxes for my recent move. The entire process, from U-Box delivery to pickup, was smooth and well coordinated. Communication was always timely and clear, and the billing process was transparent. Before choosing U-Box, I also considered using full-service moving, and I ultimately chose U-Box because the pricing structure felt more transparent and reliable. Although I put in effort on packing and coordinating movers, the overall experience was still very positive and well worth it. The movers I hired in the U-Haul website were professional, careful, and reasonably priced, and the payment process was also clear and safe to customers. Overall, I had a great experience and would highly recommend U-Box to friends and choose U-Box again for my next move.”

“I picked up a UHaul truck from this location recently. The owner gave us the keys to our truck and just told us to go outside and find the truck number that matched the number on our key. He didn't walk out to the truck with us. Turns out there was damage to the truck already and I ended up having to pay for it. I got the Uhaul home and loaded it up- I didn't sleep that night because I stayed up all night outside with the Uhaul to make sure nobody broke in or damaged it. When I took off, I paid for gas at the pump to make sure the truck was never left unattended. When I turned the truck in (at a different location) they said there was damage to the truck that wasn't there before. Even though it was already there, the other Uhaul had pictures to compare it that weren't up to date. Where that damage didn't show. So I was charged $290 additional to pay for this damage that was not my fault.Update on this review:Today somebody from Uhaul called and followed up on my review. They understood that I didn't cause the damage and refunded me the charges for the damage. That was pretty terrific! This leads me to believe it was truly an honest mistake and all is well that ends well.”

“MM&S packed up our 1700 sqft house into a 26' truck in just one day. And they moved us to our new home 40 miles away the next. Not one thing was broken or scratched. Absolutely an amazing service. Two excellent crews, excellent customer service, and fast. Removing the empty boxes and paper after the move was hard, but we hired someone to take it all away. The bottom line is that we would have spent more money and time if we did it ourselves.”
