I called in with only a style number of a hat that I wanted from a another location but unfortunately didn't have the size I needed. Albert patiently took the time to search multiple locations to help me. Unfortunately, the hat that I wanted and the size that I needed was not available anymore but he went above and beyond. He found a hat that was super similar & even the correct colors that I am about to purchase. I appreciate you for taking the time to assist me. Customer service like this is the reason why

“I visited this store with my daughter, who is now 3, because I remember it from when I was a kid in HS; I came frequently back then and decided I wanted my daughter to have a custom skateboard so I brought her in because I knew they offered that.

As it turns out; staff was helpful and courteous and also were very accommodating to the other customers coming and going. They seemed to multi task very effectively while also exclusively building my daughter her new skateboard.

I'd say that the Lady who helped me personally is an asset to this store. Definitely.

That can be hard to do online unless you know exactly what you're looking for. This storefront is always neat and tidy, and well stocked. They seem to keep themselves well staffed so you can easily have your questions answered.
