“Returned my shoes I bought a month ago. Piece came unglued in the sole of the shoe revealing a secret serial number underneath. I've worn dozens of New Balance shoes since 1993 when my dad bought me my first pair. Even then they were the most comfortable shoes I've ever worn... even more so than my Reebok pumps lol... remember those. First time I had any issue with a New Balance shoe in 30 years. Very happy how it was handled at the store. Hope to wear new balances for another 30 years. Cheers to New Balance Livermore.”

“Super happy with Fix Fitness! Recently remodeled our home and put in new flooring. Needed someone to move our gym equipment out of the way for the demolition and install of the flooring and then come back and put everything back in place. Chris was so efficient and professional. Every equipment was perfectly put back in place and they even repaired my old treadmill for free! Now, I don’t have an excuse to buy a new one. But saved me a lot of money. Price was also very reasonable.”

Anthony casually mentioned they may have them and sure enough he presented us with the black pandas!!! What we were going crazy for! He was the best! Since covid I don't think I have come across someone like him. Very helpful, personable and awesome! We need more Anthony's !!!!”

“Puma Factory Outlet in San Francisco Premium Outlets is moved to a much bigger location, newer, and carrying more merchandise in this new store. The store is way better organized compared to their old location. I have an outstanding shopping experience. They have much more selection at this new location. The employees are very friendly. I think they're nicer than when they're in the old store. They have a better working environment, a bigger store, and more employees. It makes their job less stressful. I like the brand "Puma". This is one of my favorite brands. I'm happy to see that it has a beautiful store now. I think they'll have a lot more happy customers there too! This included me! Lol”

“I had a great experience specifically at this location compared to the store in Hayward at Southland Mall! I think it matters which location you are at for Famous Footwear. The clerk was so nice and down to earth. I was acknowledged shortly after entering the store and onwards afterwards. Surprisingly they had a lot of really cute trendy shoes, for all walks of life. I bought Steve Madden's "Madden's Girl" combat boots and loafer work shoes. The store clerk let me know if they didn't have my size, that she could order them and have the shoes shipped for free to my home. She also informed me of all of the sales that were going on too. I had to order my Madden Girl combat boots and they came within a week, just like the lady said.”
