“The flow of our bridal stylist and her knowledge is the 4 star rating. A little tiny piece of a star was that we felt like it was pretty private maybe that was going on a Monday morning or maybe that is how it always is....Other than that no bells and whistles, water in Little Dixie cups, no champagne, no treats. But we found a dress!”

“Teammate Joseph at this location was awesome he knew the product that the store had like the back of his hand he was very informative when it came to the sizes of the jeans. He helped my daughter get the perfect fit from the length to the waist size and also showed us options to order online when they don't have something. Getting service was relatively quick, and the woman who helped me was very kind, knowledgeable, and listened to what I was asking for without trying to up-sell me on things I didn't need and would ultimately be unhappy I purchased. “What a nice thrift store this is. Employees are very nice and helpful. Lots to choose from in the two locations (right across the parking lot from each other). One had clothing, home goods, jewelry & books and the other building has furniture and paintings etc. making donations is easy too. We were sad that the location in Fremont closed down about a year ago but have liked going out to Pleasanton and exploring a different location. Prices are good!”

“This is one of the best stores I go to the people that work there are lovely. Debbie is one of the best consultants I have ever had and she is the assistant manager at the store. She will help you pick out whatever you like , the dressing rooms are clean and neat there. Plenty of mirrors to see how you look but if you want an honest opinion, they're willing to give it to you which I personally appreciate . I would highly recommend going to the store. It is definitely for a 30 something woman or better”
“I had a really good experience going there yesterday with my family. They carry majority of sizes and I can say the underwear way more cute then Victoria Secret the colors are vibrant and made me feel comfortable on all the plus sizes they had. Definitely recommend this place. It is in the mall but you have to go down the little side halls from the main area it’s right passed the dmv there. Definitely recommend to anyone they have different shapes and styles too!! Also the customer service is very nice !!”

She helped me find clothes that would be flattering and classy. She was also patient with my toddler. I ended up scheduling an appointment with her. She helped me build a mini wardrobe.
