Anthony is a Rockstar! He went above and beyond with making sure I was also finding everything okay and even shared some history on the Vans company. He was so helpful and kind to me and every other customer in the store. 10/10 recommend.”

“Huge shout out to Diane and Ian. It’s rare to get quality customer service in retail these days. Ian greeted us with a smile and told us about the latest promos while offering to help find the right size for something my wife was looking for. Diane was super helpful giving my wife advice on different things she was trying on and then picked out some additional things she could try. Beyond that, both stayed past closing time and did not once try to rush us - in fact Diane helped as my wife had a last minute addition. Then she sent us off with a couple of water bottles to boot! Amazing to experience what I would deem Ritz Carlton class service at an Outlet store. 5 star service - thank you Diane and Ian!!!”

“I adore this store. The sales associates could not be more helpful..I was blessed to have Sarah....who went out of her way to accommodate my various choices in sizes. She gave her honest opinion whether she had the other size in stock or not. I left with three outfits and know that I will look like a million dollars in each one. I read some of the other reviews and they said the store had clothes that were too conservative and "geriatic". If you are looking for trendy, this is not your store. If you are looking for class and distinction and fabrics that will last forever, this is your store. I have St. John knits that I bought over 20 years ago, and each time I wear them I get many compliments. If definitely depends on whether you want to be 'flash in the pan trendy' or a 'standout classic'. Neither one is right or wrong....for me this store is 5 stars out of 5!”
