They did the cut/wrap on our whole beef and it is amazing. So organized, neat packaging, clear labeling, beautiful cuts, just like i ordered. They helped me load all 790 pounds up in the truck too. The place was clean and everything looked fresh & tasty. Great experience all around.

“I have always loved Stater Brothers. It's close and convenient. And carries things I sometimes cant find at Walmart. Plus everything is not locked up behind cabinets. I just dont have the time time to wait for someone to unlock a door for everything I need to purchase. It's well organized and clean. AND most important, there are NO self check out isle. Please stay as you are. Don't fix something that is not broken. It's perfect.”

“This store has such outstanding service I feel it necessary to write another review. On Valentines Day morning I went into this store to purchase a few gift items. Again, I had outstanding service. First, I was greeted by the friendly and kind sushi lady. Her sushi is always delicious and fresh. I ended up buying three containers. Then I meet Jason in the bakery department. This young man is phenomenal, and he went the extra mile and made the most beautiful, dipped strawberries. I ended up buying 12 packages to give as gifts. I also bought his beautifully decorated individual jumbo cupcakes. He is an extremely talented individual. Tony, the store manager, Shawn, Randy, Yvonne and Judy are also phenomenal. They are always there to assist, and this day was no exception!”

“After arriving home from a trip to this, my local Stater Brothers store. I realized I had been overcharged for an item from the meat counter. I admit I was a bit irritated that I had to return to get this corrected. I arrived and asked to speak with the manager. I was directed to Dawnette, who went above and beyond to rectify the mistake. Dawnette was immediately understanding and not only corrected the mistake, she didn't hesitate and insisted she would refund the entire item. I went from being miffed to feeling a bit surprised as I was not expecting my interaction to go this direction. I understand mistakes can happen during any business transaction and this is exactly how loyal customers should be treated, when they do happen. Dawnette and my local Stater Bros Market have set the bar high. This is how management should conduct business. Dawnette took care of me and made me feel like a valued customer. She is definitely an asset employee to Stater Bros markets. Thank you Dawnette.”

“Went in there for a few things I needed. I also bought some fresh flowers in a nice glass vase. It had some water in it. I put it in my shopping cart and just went slow. It ended up tipping over and a bunch of water landed on the floor! Immediately a sales clerk rushed over to me and helped me with the flowers by saying finish your shopping and I will just take this for you and put them at the checkout line for you! They immediately cleaned up the water, I stood there for a minute so I could tell other shoppers that I had spilled water on the floor and I didn't want them to slip. I was treated so kindly and really treated with the most respect!”

“We purchased Settler’s Jerky yesterday. It is sooo delicious. I love soft jerky and my son loves it more dry. This was the perfect mix of both. The flavors we tried are hickory, teriyaki and sweet and spicy. OMG. Highly recommended. Represented by Trevor who is a good guy. Friendly, easy to work with and is very passionate about the products. (Notice the bag is empty. lol)

“Wow! What a cool spot. Excellent selection of meats, sides, tortillas, chips and more! The marinated Ranchera was incredibly delicious and grilled up great. It was so tender and has a great flavor. The al pastor is also phenomenal! The staff have all been so friendly. The last time I went it was near closing and the owner gave me a free pork tamale to try out which was one of the best tamales I have had. My only regret is not coming here sooner! Go check them out and you will be so happy that you did.”

“Welcome to the best Mexican food one-stop shop in Pomona, California.
They have hot food, drinks, Mexican breads and a little convenience store with butchery stands. Anything that has to do with Mexican food you can probably find it here.
After that announcement, let me tell you about the hot food. They have burritos, tacos, quesadillas and anything you want. I've tried it and it's the only place I will buy Mexican food in Pomona. Period.
They serve the best little piggy in Los Angeles!!!
They also have the Mexican breads selection, my favorite is the little pigs. Not only is the hot food good, but the Mexican breads are also my favorite here. Especially the little pig. The baker here has the perfect balanced recipe and combined with the perfect cook time. What you get is the most fluffy little piggy ? (not to sweet, perfect balance)
The only thing I didn't try yet was the butcher. It all looks amazing too though.

Just be warned the parking lot is a bit small. You might have to park on the street if it's busy.
All the staff here were very friendly.
