“I had an issue transferring phone service from another carrier to Boost, and stopped by the Boost store in Covina (Arrow Hwy & Azusa Ave.) The service rep (going by memory, I believe reps' name was Martin) did an excellent job setting up service with Boost, which was a tricky situation for a number of reasons, knew all the work arounds to get it done, and was patient as it took a little time. Service was set up and working by the time we left the store.”

I stopped by the T-Mobile kiosk inside Costco to look into plan options for my sister and I and I’m so glad I did. The rep who helped us was super kind, patient, and really took the time to explain everything in a way that made sense.
They showed us the difference between our current plan and the new ones available — and how we could actually get more value with better features that fit our needs. It didn’t feel salesy at all, just honest and helpful guidance.

“Yesterday I called T Mobile customer service 800 number only to talk to three (3) different woman and 2 being the highest supervisors supposedly. After I bought a new phone I had to call Service to check why Hot Spot wasn't working... Hang in there I'm getting to the point. The 1st person I spoke with told me she had to add my new sim to the phone to activate hot spot for it to work. I tried to use my phone and it said emergency calls only. I used a work associate phone to call back 800 number.. They verified me but told me that had to send me a pin to my phone ( which wasn't working ) she never told me to go to the store just insisted she needed to send a pin. I live in a different state so thankfully I had maps on my tablet and went to the nearest T Mobile store. Immediately-..Jhon Rodrigues asked me if I needed help. I explained the situation. I was very upset. He had my phone working in 2 minutes. The 800 number was reading through a script to try to help but Jhon took my phone and handed it back to me working. Not only did he get it working he also fixed my work laptops hot spot and tested it. Please Please T Mobile recognize Jhon for great great customer service. I didn't get a survey from T Mobile probably because the 3 woman reading scripts didn't send one because they failed miserably. Thank you Jhon Rodrigues.... You will do well!!!!”
